Al-pac, is the first permanent, pre-engineered storage
solution to fit on a concrete slab or a galvanized
floor (raised foundation) system.
The
Al-pac is produced with the same engineering and
materials applied to commercial metal buildings.
Its easy-to-assemble, no welding format provides
a quick and quality solution for a variety of uses:
home offices, garages, outdoor kitchens, camps,
boat storage, and more.
The
Al-pac was designed with the do-it-yourselfer in
mind and is easily assembled with standard tools.
A user-friendly assembly manual is provided.
The
Al-pac is available in many standard kit sizes,
starting at $1,980, and can be shipped in 15 working
days, ready to be erected on your concrete slab
or flooring system.
The
basic Al-pac building kit is designed for 110 mph
psf wind load and a 30 psf live or load 40 psf
live load.
The Al-pac kit includes all structural members,
sheeting, trim, clips, bolts, fasteners, mastic,
etc. and is engineered to meet standard building
codes. Along with a 20 year limited warranty on
factory finishes, the Al-pac kit is not only affordable
but engineered to last.
